Additional Terms for AI Services & Subscriptions
1. AI Services Disclaimer
1.1 Third-Party AI Providers – Ayno uses artificial intelligence services provided by third-party platforms, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI.
1.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy – AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or biased. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and suitability of any content or information provided through the service.
1.3 No Professional Advice – AI outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You should seek advice from qualified professionals before relying on AI-generated content.
1.4 Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ai Hub Technologies Limited disclaims all liability for any losses, damages, or harm arising from the use of AI-generated outputs.
2. Subscription Plans and Payments
2.1 Plans – Ayno offers multiple subscription tiers (Free, Plus+, Pro), each with different features and usage limits. Plan details are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.
2.2 Billing and Renewal – Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) and will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
2.3 Cancellations – You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
2.4 Refunds – Refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy, available at /legal/refunds.
2.5 Price and Feature Changes – We reserve the right to change subscription fees and plan features. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and you may cancel before changes take effect.
3. Fair Use Policy
3.1 Usage Limits – Each subscription tier includes defined limits for usage, including but not limited to the number of prompts, AI tokens, and storage space. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions, additional charges, or plan upgrades.
3.2 Prohibited Usage – You must not use Ayno to:
(a) generate illegal or infringing content;
(b) engage in harassment, abuse, or spam;
(c) attempt to bypass technical limitations or manipulate token usage.
3.3 Account Suspension – We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe your usage violates these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.

Use of AI Providers
Ayno uses artificial intelligence services provided by third-party platforms, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI. Your prompts, uploaded files, and related context may be transmitted to these providers for the purpose of generating responses. These providers may temporarily store data to deliver responses, maintain service quality, and detect abuse.
Accuracy and Responsibility
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or biased. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, legality, and suitability of any AI-generated content before relying on it. Ayno does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice via AI outputs.
Prohibited Inputs
You must not input personal data, confidential business information, or sensitive data into Ayno unless it is strictly necessary for your use of the service. You must not use Ayno to create or disseminate unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
Fair Use and Limits
Each subscription tier has defined usage limits (such as token counts, number of prompts, or storage capacity). Excessive or abusive usage may result in throttling, temporary suspension, or account termination.
International Data Processing
While Ayno’s primary infrastructure is located in the UK, we may process data in other regions, including the US, EU, and Australia, where our infrastructure providers or AI partners operate. We use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) to protect personal data in accordance with applicable law.
Third-Party Terms
Your use of Ayno is also subject to the applicable terms of the AI providers we integrate with. By using Ayno, you agree to comply with those terms where they apply.
Data Processing Agreement
Where Ayno processes Personal Data on your behalf as a processor under applicable data protection laws, the terms of our Data Processing Agreement apply. By using our Services, you agree to that DPA, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
