Additional Disclosures for Ayno
AI Data Processing
Ayno processes the content you enter (including prompts, uploaded files, and AI outputs) through third-party artificial intelligence providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and xAI. These providers may temporarily store data for the purposes of delivering responses, detecting abuse, and maintaining service quality.
We do not permit these providers to train public AI models on your data where an opt-out is available, and we will exercise that opt-out wherever possible.
You should avoid entering personal, confidential, or sensitive information into prompts unless it is necessary for your use of the service.
If you are a business customer subject to data protection laws such as the GDPR, our processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by our Data Processing Agreement.
Subscription and Payment Data
If you subscribe to a paid plan, we process your subscription tier, renewal dates, and payment status. Payments are handled securely by third-party processors such as Stripe and PayPal; we do not store full card details.
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available at /legal/refunds.
Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 6 years after closure to meet tax and legal obligations.
AI chats and outputs are stored for as long as needed to provide features such as history, projects, and vault. You may delete individual chats or your account at any time to remove them from active systems; deleted data may persist temporarily in backups until those backups expire.
Backup retention periods vary but are subject to secure deletion and cycling.
Security Measures
We apply security safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and regular internal reviews. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take measures appropriate to the nature of the data.
International Data Transfers
Our infrastructure is primarily hosted in the UK, but we may process data in other regions, including the US, EU, and Australia, where our infrastructure providers or AI partners operate. We use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs) to ensure adequate protection.
Cookies and Analytics
We use essential, analytics, and marketing cookies. Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing tools such as ConvertKit may process data outside the UK/EEA. You can manage your cookie preferences via our Cookie Policy and consent banner.
Your Rights Requests
You can exercise your rights (including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and restriction) by emailing support@ayno.so. We will respond within 1 month and may require identity verification to process your request.
Children’s Privacy
Ayno is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under that age. In jurisdictions where the age of consent for data processing is higher (such as 16 in some EU countries), we comply with that higher age threshold.
ICO Registration
Ai Hub Technologies Limited is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Our registration number will be published here once issued.
