This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions, purchases, and services provided by Ayno, a product of Ai Hub Technologies Limited. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Free Plan

  • The Free Plan is provided at no cost and may be cancelled at any time via your account settings.

  • No refunds are applicable as no payment is taken.

2. Paid Plans (Ayno Plus+ and Ayno Pro)

2.1 Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection at checkout.

  • Payments are processed through our secure payment provider (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

2.2 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.

  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

2.3 Refunds

We offer refunds in the following cases only:

  1. First-time purchase: If you are unsatisfied with Ayno within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a full refund.

  2. Service disruption: If Ayno is unavailable for a continuous period of 72 hours or more due to issues within our control, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

  3. Duplicate payments: If you have been charged twice for the same subscription period, the duplicate payment will be refunded in full.

Refund requests outside these scenarios will be considered at our sole discretion.

3. One-Time Purchases & Add-ons

  • For digital products or add-on features purchased separately (e.g. additional AI credits), all sales are final unless the product is defective or fails to be delivered.

4. How to Request a Refund

    • Email associated with your account

    • Transaction ID or receipt

    • Reason for refund request

  • We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method.
